Levine and Lawson Traders started with a simple observation: salon owners, spa directors, and fitness instructors needed a third place — not their studio, not a noisy chain cafe, but a space designed around how they actually work.
From Counter to Community
Founder Dereki Blevins spent years watching wellness entrepreneurs struggle to find reliable meeting spaces, early-morning fuel stops, and quiet corners for admin work. Levine and Lawson was born from those conversations — a cafe where every detail, from 6 AM opening hours to personal follow-up after your first visit, reflects an understanding of your business.
Today, we serve salons, spas, fitness studios, and independent wellness practitioners across the United States. Our differentiator isn't just great coffee — it's the follow-through.
